  The village looks nice from afar, but once you get in and see what's in, it isn't worth it, they jack up your land rental (which is on top of your mortgage) without ever fixing the main problems of the park, just "patch" fixes, and never do anything appealing community wise, and if you dare have a problem, the lovely ladies in the office will peg you as a troublemaker, and will put a target on your back, constant notices, nitpicking at you, but if you don't complain and keep to yourself, you get perks as you don't have to follow their own rules and regulations. 600$ and over for land rental is ridiculous, with no service, no communication whatsoever, and nothing done to help the community. Buy yourself a real house, this place is a rip off. And I lived here for 3 years.
