  Prices are out of this world high... Albeit they have some nice items but you certainly pay a premium. Such items are the 1000-2000 dollar change tables. Or the 60 dollar baby outfits. Why buy your bigger items from this company?? You can buy from buy buy baby, the same items that are often cheaper (or they will beat the price, plus they have coupons regularly) but the difference is that buy buy baby has a great return policy. I spent a significant amount of money on a stroller and car seat. Unfortunately it was late when I discovered that the manufacture date is almost 2 years old when my baby would be born (closer to expiration date). I ask for a newer one... They obviously deny this request and any other solution to remedy this. The kicker is that I got the same car seat as a gift. The manufacture date is brand new from this year and it was purchased from buy buy baby. So now I'm forced to refund my newer car seat to buy buy baby (who gladly took it no questions asked) and keep this almost 2 year old car seat from west coast kids. The person on the phone asks me if I got a discount on the dated car seat and the answer is no. The lady that was helping me in my opinion was less than kind or professional even though spent over a thousand dollars. Don't make it so obvious that you guys are commission based sales. That's just the tip of the iceberg in terms of my grievances with this incident, all of which feels very dishonest. It was a real challenge to get any type of reply on my inquiry before time lines were expired which just is bad taste. So once again my recommendation is to do your purchases from a more reputable company like buy buy baby. They will beat prices and have an amazing return policy. If you look back at the reviews of this company you will see a consistency of similar issues experienced by other customers. It's all good till things aren't and then they run the other direction with their "great" customer service.
