  ABSOLUTELY DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE. I should have paid more attention to the other 1 star reviews here.
  
  So, basically I took apart the power head section of my vacuum cleaner, I had to remove 2 screws, and from there it came apart very easily. The entire thing was 4 pieces, and I had to remove the beater bar to get all of my hair off of it. Really simple, right? Almost. Unfortunately for me I broke a plastic tab on the beater bar while trying to reassemble the power head. Bummer, I couldn't get it back together.
  
  Firstly, I called them, and explained what had happened. They said to bring it in, and they could fix it. I asked how long it might take, they said "one hour". OK. Cool.
  
  I arrive at about 12:30, and drop off my vacuum cleaner for them to reassemble, and they don't give me a price, they just take my name and phone number and say they'll call me because the person who fixes things wasn't there.
  
  I get a call a little while later saying that to repair the power head is "15.99" and that they also want to replace the other filters in my vacuum cleaner also for "15.99", and that I should buy some extra bags for "$20.00". My thinking at this point is sure, for about $52 my Vacuum cleaner will be top notch, and I'll have some extra bags. Awesome.
  
  Over an hour later, I get there, and somehow my total is $140 plus tax??? apparently "$15.99" is actually "59.99" which is an absolute joke considering I had already taken the power head apart, and it was 2 screws. TWO SCREWS... and also, for them to replace the filters, they simply opened a lid, and replaced the filter, which took less than 30 seconds. Absolutely unacceptable, they have to be out of their minds to charge $60 for what they're doing. To add even more insult to injury they said that a new beater bar was going to be $200... The vacuum cleaner I have wasn't even that much brand new, and I Google'd the part, guess what? the part isn't even $50. THEY QUOTED ME $200 FOR A PART THAT WAS LESS THAN 1/4 OF WHAT THEY SAID. Finally almost 3 hours later I get my vacuum cleaner back, and we argue about the service and the price.
  
  In summary, go somewhere else to get service done, read the other 1 star reviews on here, they're there for a reason.
  
  These people will never see my face in their store ever again, as much as I would like to go back for a refund of they money they managed to get out of my family. Terrible, these people came across to me as wannabe extortion artists. Pathetic.
