  Staff were quite helpful, although the line up is usually long. The prices are not the cheapest for moving supplies. Renting a truck here is pretty painless.

  Do not expect too much from the staff inside. They will tolerate you, but once the lines get too long they want you in and out without answering your questions. They are not the most knowledgeable U Haul staff in the city but they do their job in a satisfactory manner until it gets busy, then they undergo a change of attitude for some reason.
