  I guess I was pretty lucky based on other reviews! Customer service was great, friendly and fast. While I do agree the price was about $10-20 more than other places online, the convenience of getting in right away, especially in the winter, was worth it to me. The manager explained the warranty thoroughly and assured me that there was a lifetime guarantee on the repair, and emailed me the warranty too. Repair looks great and they even vacuumed my embarrassingly messy car!
