  These guys are borderline criminals. I asked for a “quote” so they came over and started talking about insurance claims etc and sent me a “report” I didn’t ask for.
  
  One week later I got an invoice for $450 for the report and was told if I don’t pay it I will have a lien put on my property.
  
  In the mean time I had the problem fixed for $400.
  
  Don’t go anywhere near this company.
