  These guys do exceptional work but aren't a good company to truck for. Their built in deficient system of ordering and underpaying trucks is known in the trucking community. If they put forth a little effort into a streamlined system not requiring owner operators to be required at days end to turn in paper work by going all the way back to their Acheson plant at the days end for free it would improve working for them tremendously. And because of all this they then feel the need to order trucks in a hour earlier than necessary because of their fear of trucks not showing up (which happens to them often - from owner operators being underpaid) - of course they will not pay you for your time to be there an hour early - just want you to be there on your own time and your own dime and if you provide a driver you are actually paying your help to be there but aren't being paid by O'Hanlon for that time. Hello! Any body home in management??
