  Our parking lot has had missing sidewalks, no lights or electrical posts for almost a month. We were promised our lot would be done within a 4 day period back in September. Weather permitting. One of the sidewalks that has been destroyed is also the front steps to my suite and it makes it difficult for my elderly roommates to enter and leave our home. When we look outside, most days Devlin construction is nowhere to be found and our lot is left with garbage left all over. When they are here, they do a lot of sitting around and smoking. Would not recommend them to anyone.
