  I lived here for about 3 to 4 years and honestly, its a pretty alright building. The staff is Nice and if you need repaires, theyre pretty quick. When we first moved in, the bottom of the toilet was cracked and within the next day we had a brand new one installed and the issues with the bathroom sink were fixed right away as well. Paying rent was an absolute breeze thanks to the fact that you can go to the office and just pay with your debit card. The apartments are pretty nice and if you get an apartment facing the river valley, be prepared for an absolutely GORGEOUS view and a kick ass spot for watching the Canada Day fireworks!
  
  Some of the negative things id have to say if security inside the parkade (our car was rummaged through at least 4 or 5 times, so take all your valueables out) sometimes the elevators can be a little spotty on functionality, sometimes can be very slow or not working at all, the water would constantly be shutting down because of repaires, the advertised saunas didnt work and there were dozens of times the fire alarm would go off for no reason.
  
  Other than that stuff, which is pretty minor, this is a fantastic building to live in.
