  This is the absolute worst place I have ever lived! It takes months and constant reminders to get any maintenance done, and when they finally arrived they do the bare minimum and tell you to "let them know if the problem persits". The rent is incredibly high for how outdated these units are. There is only one washer and dryer for 8 suites which is a problem considering this is supposed to be a family friendly place to live. But the absolute biggest problem with this complex is a pharaoh ant infestation. Bad enough that they are always in your clothes, cupboards, dishes, toys, and food! The management are aware of the problem and will openly admit there are 'a few ants here and there'. However, they REFUSE to do anything about the ants! They do not record complaints about them, and when I went into the office to talk to the area manager, Bobbi-Jo Hope, she just said "they are too hard to get rid of. Just keep your food put away" (by the way they eat through boxes and can crawl into bags. It's impossible to keep them away from the food). Long story short this place is an absolute crap hole to live in and I do not for a second regret breaking my lease and getting the hell out of there! I would advise anyone looking at renting here to save yourself the time, money, and efforts and just find a different apartment.
