  The bathroom fans sound like dying prop-engines on decaying Cessnas, and they're replaced with the same model of fan and it's fine for a few days before it starts sounding the same. I had one or two good sleeps that year.
  
  As well: silverfish were a fairly common site, the floors weren't even, cruddy paint job on the walls, and it's ridiculously hot in the summer.
  
  Management was pretty great on average though, but when I left after a year there was an entirely different team. They seemed good enough, pleasant to deal with.
  
  Don't live here if you can't sleep with loud, non-repetitive noises. Which could very well be everyone.
